The Restaurant Au Site Normand – Master Restorer

The only official title of “homemade” master restorer? The title of master restaurateur rewards excellence of the best professionals of the traditional restoration, valuing their expertise and their commitment to quality. It is awarded by the department prefect, from an audit of the restaurant by an outside firm. It is the only award given by the state in the restaurant industry. It also guarantees the quality of service and hospitality in the restaurant and of course the compliance with hygiene standards. The master restaurateur must serve food prepared on site by a chef of recognized competence, mainly from fees accrued income.
