The hotel Au Site Normand in Clécy elected “Distinguished Table”

Placed under the patronage of Gilles Goujon – Logis d’exception triple Michelin star and Meilleur Ouvrier de France – the bold and innovative initiative of the International Federation of Logis relies on a team of eight gastronomic journalists brought together by Bruno Lecoq (Lecoq Gourmand).
 

Perico Légasse, Roland Zémour, Michel Tanguy, Valérie Faust, Isabelle Forêt, Jean-Louis Galesne, Jean-Claude Ribaut and Patrick Faus, a panel of experts in flavors, traveled across France and Europe for several months to evaluate anonymously the culinary excellence of the Chefs Logis and thus elect 58 “Distinguished Table” and 17 “Hopefuls”. 

In accordance with the values ​​of the Logis, the hotel Au Site Normand has always been committed to the taste of a regional-inspired restoration rich in local products and know-how. 

The committee of experts declared for this table:
“In constant evolution, the cuisine is not satisfied with greeting the local products in recipes agreed: it puts them in scene through creative compositions well thought out and devilishly effective.
